"Really grateful I was able to work with Caitlyn from State Farm on several questions I had on my property insurance. I had an odd case that was a real head scratcher. Caitlyn came to the rescue, patiently listening to my concerns and questions and then persistently unraveling them to reach a resolution. Every time I got a timely update from Caitlyn I left the conversation feeling assured that everything was being done to progress my case along. And sure enough I got a resolution with a clear explanation about it!
I really appreciate Caitlyn's hard work and persistence to resolve my case. It hit a couple of puzzling twists yet Caitlyn navigated through them like a pro and always in a friendly and patient manner. I'm so glad I was able to work with her. State Farm is lucky to have her on their team!"
