"I was already going through State farm through another office but switched to Victor for a closer location. Tylynn was the agent that took my call and switched everything over. She even took the time to check everything out and find a better deal for me. Not only that but she checked up with me later when the new bill was due to make sure everything came out correctly. I have had nothing but a good experience and everything is explained perfectly so I know exactly what I'm signing up for."

"The whole staff at Victor Hiler State Farm are great but Tracie is always my go to girl! "I have been insured with State Farm for almost 40 years, have gone through about 5 agents. All have been great, hardly any claims. We got Victor Hiler a few years ago and got to know him just this past year. Had 2 unfortunate claims, and “like a good neighbor” Victor was there to help with no hassle to make things go smoothly Victors office staff is just great to keep you up to date on how the claims are going, also are very caring about you as an individual. I highly recommend Victor Hiler and his office staff to take care of insurance needs."
