"Terah, with Victor Hiler, State Farm office, is great to work with. There was a question with one of my vehicles insurance, which would affect another policy which i have with them. She explained everything in great detail, (redneck version for me) and then I needed to do some work on my end. She then sent me a text and said I could send the info thru that, but I got things cleared up and just called her back. Both times she was very pleasant and informative.
